Sydney Holiday Apartment  Boat Tour

Recently Donna and Mike from Bend, Oregon. USA stayed with us and undertook one of our scenic/nature boat tours.  Below are a few of their pictures taken on that day which they are happy to share.

This tour on the Hawkesbury River near its entrance to the sea is approximately 8 hours. It includes morning tea at a quaint Marina and a gourmet picnic lunch on a deserted beach that is inaccessible other then by boat.  In fact the majority of Sydney residents wouldn`t know this location existed let alone visited it

Guests have the opportunity to view the surrounding bushland, waterways and some great bird and wildlife which form part of Sydneys` famous KuringGai Chase National Park.  This park has changed little in the past 200 years and is a classic example of what Sydney was like prior to the arrival of white settlement in 1788.

The commencement of this tour is only 15 minutes from our apartment.  It is primarily a nature tour, however we do visit small isolated settlements with grand riverside homes and million dollar cruises at their Marina.  The bushland and rock formations are truly unique.

This tour is only available for guests of the apartment and it is opportunity to view Sydney as few do. 

Guest at our apartment also have the opportunity to have personally conducted tours with our 4WD (SUV).  We can visit equally exotic locations or just view Sydney with your own personal driver and guide
